By accessing and using Soulters' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Soulters provides technology solutions including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, IoT solutions, and custom integrations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

All services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Soulters and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Client work and deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements or service contracts.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for ongoing services.

Soulters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soulters from any claims arising from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, UAE, and United Kingdom, depending on the jurisdiction of service delivery.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
